Lotion rade, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September <br /> 4th at 7:05 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:30 p.m., Timothy Carmichael, Amy Brown Road (demolish and construct new <br /> house, garage, deck, porch, well, septic system, utilities, clearing, grading, <br /> landscaping). Matt costa, Christopher costa & Associates, represented the applicant. <br /> Bob said he has not been able to verify the status of the ACEI line and some Bvl <br /> stakes, so there gill have to be a continuation. There were some neighbors present to <br /> express their concerns, but the Commission could not hear them at this_meeting. The <br /> reason is that there could be different members present at the next meeting who would <br /> have to hear all the evidence in order to close at that time. <br /> Bob-recommended that we accept tonight for the record a written statement from Paul <br /> G. Martick, 49 Amy Brown Road. <br /> Motion crude, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September <br /> 4th at :10 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:35 p.m., Mike Nadzeika, 12 Gia Lane (construct house, septic system, landscaping). <br /> Bob reported that they have requested a continuation. <br /> Motion crude: seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September <br /> 4th at 7:00 p.m, at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:40 p.m., Milton Glass, 30 Fells Pond Road (continued from 6/19/03). Bob said the <br /> applicant has requested by letter another continuation. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to August <br /> 21 st at 8:05 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:45 p.m., Janice Lundgren, 12 cross Tree Way (construct roofed entry deck and <br /> step addition, alining room addition, bulkhead and extend brick patio). Tony Ferragamo <br /> represented the applicant and presented the plan. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:50 p.m., Marjory Southwick, 29 Monahansett Road (construct house, Title V septic <br /> system, utilities, driveway, garage, porch and deck). Dave sanioki represented the <br /> applicant and presented the change to the plan which had previously been approved. <br /> Bob recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried,to approve the plan. <br />
