• MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of August 21, 2003 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Commissioners present: Elliot Rosenberg, Cass Costa, Leonard Pinaud, Ralph <br /> Shaw and Michael Talbot. <br /> Staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Frances Wise, Board Secretary <br /> Elliot Rosenberg, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Public Hearing: none. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda <br /> Old Business: <br /> 1. Enforcement order for Mr. Proulx, Captain's Row. Bob said we have told Mr. Proulx <br /> for some years that his dock is illegal, so he'd like to send him an enforcement order to <br /> remove it. Also, Bob said since the dock doesn't have a building permit, the Building <br /> Inspector can declare it unusable, and he recommended we ask the Building Inspector <br /> to support us on this matter. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to issue an enforcement order to Mr. <br /> Proulx for his illegal dock and request that the Town's Building Inspector declare this <br /> dock illegal because it is not permitted. <br /> 2. Approval of the July 17, 2003 minutes. <br /> 1 <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the July 17, 2003 <br /> minutes. <br /> 3. RFAA - SE 43-2130. Bob said this request is for a house that was previously <br /> approved and they are asking for an administrative approval to flip the house in a <br /> mirror image. The resource area remains the same, and he recommends approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to accept this request for an <br /> administrative approval. <br /> 4. RFAA -AFCEE. Bob said this is a request by AFCEE to install a small retaining <br /> wall to enable them to get some machinery at the FS-1 treatment plant for the <br />
