They have run this by DEP and Jim O'Connell, <br /> formerly with CZM and now coastal geologist for the New Seabury program. Jim <br /> Hanks, and Norman Hayes met with Jim O'Connell this past week, and Jim is still in <br /> agreement that we have a good compromise, because even though we are not meeting <br /> the letter of the law, we've met the spirit of the law by having a dune which will enhance <br /> • wild habitat and provide some degree of storm damage prevention value.
