showing the existing situation, all changes they wish to make, including the fill and
change in contour lines, and the work limit.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September
4 at 7:55 p.m., at the request of the applicant.
7:45 p.m., William Staples, 89 Horseshoe Bend Way, (construct house, deck, utilities,
driveway). Dave Sanicki represented the applicant. The plan needs some corrections
made to it and Bob will have to verify the revised plan on the site.
Two neighbors asked about the right of way onto the property and were told that we
have no jurisdiction on this issue.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to September
4 at 8:00 p.m., at the request of the applicant.
7:50 p.m., Lewis Rubin, 43 Tide Run (construct screen porch attached to house and
over existing patio). David Webb, the builder, represented the applicant. He clarified
that this is a screened-in porch, and does not authorize an increase in bedrooms. Bob
said we will condition that and put such a caveat on the building permit also. Also, Bob
said he can recommend approval of this porch if Mr. Webb submits another plan which
shows the resource areas.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan upon receipt of
an approved plan showing the delineation of the resource areas, and with the condition
that there will be no increase in bedrooms.
7:55 p.m., Peninsula Council of New Seabury, 4 Fells Pond Circle (continued from
8/7/03). Ed Cohen and Beth Arndtsen, Landscape Design, represented the applicant
and presented the plan. They confirmed that the DEP has issued a filing on the mean
water line and that the revegetation will meet our requirements. Bob thinks the plan
makes sense.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan.
8:00 p.m., Peninsula Council of New Seabury, 68 Fells Pond Circle (continued from
8/7/03). Ed Cohen and Beth Arndtsen represented the applicant and presented the
plan. Bob recommended approval.
Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan.
8:05 p.m., Milton Glass, 30 Fells Pond road (continued from 8/7/03). Bob reported
that Mr. Glass, through his attorney, has withdrawn.
5
