Hearing.Aw da <br /> 7:00 p.m., Estelle Dezotell, 182 Ninigret Avenue (remove and build enclosed porch). Bob <br /> described the project and recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:05 p.m., Fred Glass, 133 Fide Run retaining wall, adjust grade, shrubs, fence, pergola, patio). <br /> Bob said the work has already been done. Other than the planting selections, he said it is work <br /> that would have been approved if we had been approached, Michael recommended that there b <br /> no Rose of Sharon plantings. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this RDA With the condition that <br /> the Rose of Sharon be removed and replaced. <br /> 7:10 p.m., Dream Developers, 31 Jarnes Circle (construct new dwelling, deck, d veway, septic, <br /> utility services). John Slavinsky represented the applicant. Bob visited the site and found a small <br /> inland bank, which pushed the limit of jurisdiction back a bit, so the septic system is now in our <br /> jurisdiction. Also, Bob asked that their lawn be reegctated with indigenous species, which we <br /> will select. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with an order of <br /> Conditons that it meets our calculations for compensation planting and we mill condition the <br /> plantings. <br /> 7:15 p.m., Paul Squarcia, 108 Fading Place Road (raze existing dwelling patio, deck, pump <br /> and fill cesspools, construct new dwelling, porch, deck, driveway, Title v and utility services). <br /> Bob said he visited the site and did some revisions to the plan, but further planning needs to be <br /> done and the applicant has asked for a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to November t 7:05 <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:20 p.m.,Michael O'Hara, 76 Greensward load (create walking path, retaining wall and <br /> stairs, and landscaping), Tom Jalowy presented the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with the condition that the <br /> work should involve an area no more than 15 ff. in from the existing naturally vegetated line, <br /> there be no area left without the density of planting less than 4 f ., identification of the area <br /> where the applicant wants to have a management plan, description of the methodology they Will <br /> use to keep the grape vires and briar in control., and identification of the area where mitigation <br /> ation <br /> planting will go. <br />
