Motion was rade, seconded and unanimously carried to authorize Bob to write the <br /> company a letter per the above. <br /> nd <br /> . Approval of minutes for October 2 . <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the above minutes. <br /> 1 <br /> . Regulations Sub-Committee. Bob reported that he and Michael met and are <br /> working on some refinements in the vista pruning, specimen tree and lawn regulations. <br /> Aqua has completed the typing of all of our regulations into Word. A meeting will be <br /> held on November Ioth and Bob, Michael, Jack and Len will attend. <br /> . Frederick Blythe, 228 Wading Piave Road. Jack asked the status of Mr. lythe's <br /> compliance with the violation we issued to him. Bob said he notified Cape & Islands <br /> that a Notice of Intent must be forthcoming. it was decided that Bob will write therm a <br /> letter giving them a deadline of December 8th to comply. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. New Seabury Golf Course. Bob said they have problems with grater on the course <br /> and are pumping it into various ponds. He recommended sending there a letter stating <br /> they have to find another solution; otherwise we will have to issue a violation. They will <br /> probably have to pump the water up into an upland sump area, which wouldn't require a <br /> filing. <br /> Motion was rade, seconded and unanimously carried to authorize Bob to write a letter <br /> stating they will have to cease and desist their present solution to the problem and <br /> ,move the discharge to more than 100 ft. from any wetland area. <br /> Headming Agenda <br /> 7:00 p.m,, Mike Nad ei a, 12 Gia Lane (continued from 9/18103). Dare <br /> Sanic i represented the applicant and presented the plan. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unani ou ly carried to approve the pian pending <br /> verification that the taxes have been paid and with the condition that all landscaping <br /> above the coastal bank will have to be the source of an amended order. <br />
