7:10 p.m., Louis Dimeo, 75 Popponesset Island Road {continued from 10116/03. Bob <br /> issaid he visited the site and found that it wasn't completely staked, and a lawn had been <br /> installed which was not part of the permitting. Therefore, he informed there that they will <br /> have to come back to us with a plan for final landscaping, including the lawn, to see if <br /> the lawn can be permitted. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> November loth at 7:15 p.m., at the request of the applicant, <br /> 7;15 p.m., Gerald ld i nay, 20 Pontiac Road (clear 4 ft. pathway to dock). Bob <br /> described the project and recommended approval. Michael Talbot reclused himself <br /> from this hearing. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:20 p.m,, Geoffrey WiIfi s. 65 H oopho le Road (continued from 10/16/03). John <br /> slavins y represented the applicant. Bob described the project and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion was rade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:215 p,r ,, Eli F1 orence, 110 Popponesset Island Road lnstaII a Iawn . Amey Pall <br /> represented the applicant and described the project. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:30 p.m., John Donnellan, 59 Pend circle Road {install a shed and landscape). Bob <br /> described the plan and recommended approval. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:35 .m., Warren Benson, 130 Summersea Road demolish house, maintain existing <br /> foundation, basement, patio: septic, construct new house, neer addition foundation, <br /> porch, decks and retaining walls). Mr. Penson was present. gave Sanicli represented <br /> the applicant and presented the plan. Bob said he corroborated with Fuss Wheeler that <br /> the third bedroom in the plan was never legally permitted, so it's not grandfathered. <br /> Therefore, unless the applicant grants to reconfigure the plan to a to-bedroom house, <br /> they will have to install a Title V septic system,. <br /> Ir. Benson said the Board of Health said originally that part of the septic system and <br /> leaching fields are not In Zone 2. Bob said we are operating under Chapter 172 under <br /> our nitrogen loading regulation which has been upheld by Torn counsel. <br /> Motion was grade, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan with the <br /> condition that this be constructed as a legal two-bedroom house, and an amended order <br />
