will be filed if the applicant changes the plan to a three bedroom requiring a Title V <br /> septic system and submission of architectural plans approved by the Building Inspector. <br /> 7:40 p. ., earl Fagan, 212 Wheeler Road (remove and construct new wooden decks <br /> and stairway). Dave Sawicki represented the applicant and presented the plan. Bob <br /> had no problem with the new stairway, but he recommended that the old stairway be <br /> replaced with some 1 1/2 " caliper trees spaced 10-12 f. apart to compensate for some <br /> illegal topping of trees by a previous owner. <br /> Bob then said that he discovered the following violations: someone has continued to do <br /> alterations which are not permitted, including removal of parts of trees and raping the <br /> beach which altered the configuration of the stony bank, some of the plants which we <br /> ordered to be-planted in a previous violation on the south side of the property are not <br /> there anymore, plus a patio has been added in the beach area which is not permitted. <br /> He said the Commission can not issue anything until we resolve these violations, and <br /> we have to wait for Natural Heritage's approval. <br /> Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> December 4th at :00 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:45 p.m., Carleton MacDonald, 69 Falmer Road (construct family residence, septic, <br /> utilities and pervious driveway. John slavinsly represented the applicant. Bob said the <br /> staling appears to be fine, but the work limit should have numbered stations, and the <br /> house corers should be labeled a, CA, as per our submittal requirements. Also, it <br /> appears that the septic system is within the outer Zoo ft., so it's under the jurisdiction of <br /> Chapter 172, and Bob concludes it would have to have a Title V septic system. <br /> Motion was ,made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> November 20th at x:20 p.m. <br /> 7:50 .m., Paul R. O'Connell, 99 Monomoscoy Road (construct and license walkway <br /> and aluminum ramp from deck with maintenance in perpetuity). Bob said the applicant <br /> has requested a continuance to clear up some issues. <br /> Molina was made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to <br /> November loth at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 7:55 p.m., Mashpee 'Pater District,, Tracy Lane, Lisa Lane, Degrass Road, Old Great <br /> Neck Road (install water main). (first name) Hamlyn represented the applicant and <br /> presented the plan. Bob recommended approval. <br /> Molina was made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 8:00 p.m,, The Trustees of Reservations,s, 299 River road (vista pruning with <br /> ,maintenance in perpetuity). Andrew Walsh and James Freeborn represented the <br /> applicant, Mr. Walsh said some saplings were cut in this view corridor in the Fall of <br />
