Tearing Agenda <br /> 7:00 p.m., Paul R, O'Connell, 99 I onornoscoy Road and harsh Il onomoscoy Road <br /> Vilest (construct and license walkway and aluminum ramp from deck with maintenance <br /> in perpetuity). Bob reported that the applicant has requested a continuation. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to <br /> December 4 t" at 70.15 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:05 p.m., Mie Nadzeika, 12 Gia Lane (continued from 11/6/03). IIIb. Nadzeika was <br /> present and Don Schall represented the applicant. Bob said he has verified that the <br /> stales are accurate. Mr. Schall presented the plan, which was acceptable. However, <br /> the applicant was net certain that a formal application had been made to the Board of <br /> Health and the takes have not been paid, so a continuation was requested. <br /> Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to <br /> December 4 t" at :20 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:10 p.m., Gerald s, Fine, 12 summersea Road (remove and replace existing deck). <br /> Torn O'Hara represented the applicant. Bob described the plan and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:15 p.m.,, Lourie Dimeo, 75 Popponesset Island Road (continued froml 1/6/03). <br /> Norman Mayes represented the applicant. Bob said their plan shows one coastal bank <br /> which has been staked, but he hasn't had a chance to verify it. Not shown on the plan <br /> are the stations for the work limit and another coastal bank. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to <br /> December 4th at 7:25 p.m., at the request of the applicant, and a fee for will be levied. <br /> 7:20 p.m,, Carleton MacDonald, 69 Palmer Road (continued from 11/6/03). Bob said <br /> the plan looks fine, but there was no clear indication from the Health Department that a <br /> proper application has been filed with them. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to <br /> December 0 at :30 p.m., at the request of the applicant and with the understanding <br /> that an adequate filing with the Board of Health will be in place. <br /> 7:25 p.m., Greenwood Development corp,, 104 Popponesset Island Road (remove <br /> deck and expand master bedroom). Zachary Basinski represented the applicant. Bob <br /> described the plan and recommended approval, but again the message from the Board <br /> 3 <br />
