Scott Nickerson, Golf Course Superintendent, presented the pian. Michael requested planting Pennsylvania sedge plugs, bearberry and blueberry bushes. Bob recommended approval. Motion made, seconded and unanimously curried to approve the plan. 7:30 p.m., Paul R. O'Connell,, 99 Monomoscoy Road West (continued from 12/04/03). Bob said there are still some legal matters pending, so the applicant has requested a continuation. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation tot 22 0 t :00 p.m., at the request of the applicant. 7:35 p.m.,, Babette E. Liebman, 86 Summersea Road (continued from 12/4/03). Bob said Michael Grotzke told him this afternoon that the site has been staked, he faked Bob half of a plan: and urged Bob to proceed with this hearing. Bob told him a full plan has to be on file five days in advance of the hearing. Cass said she and Bob went to the site two weeks ago and nothing had been staked. Bob thea met with Mr. Grotzke and told hill, the plan had to be revised to reflect a true 35 ft. buffer. It was agreed to levy a continuation fee since this continuance was considered avoidable. Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve a continuation to B o at 7:20 p.m., at the request of the applicant, and to levy a continuation fee. 7:40 p.m., Scott Murray, 84 Punkhorn Point Road (continued from 12/4/03). Bob said the Harbormaster has approved the jet propulsion boat, and Bob recommended approval. Jack requested that Bob tell the Harbormaster to put his statements regarding any issues in writing in the future.
