7:20 p.m., The Trustees of Reservations, 299 River Road ll ashpee Fiver <br /> Reservation),, (maintain an existing wood bench). Bob described the plan and <br /> recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:30 p.m., Jay Rothberg, 3 Fells Pond Road (vista pruning with maintenance in <br /> perpetuity). Cass Costa reclused herself from this hearing. Michael Grote <br /> represented the applicant and presented the project. Bob said he has no problem with <br /> plan and said that he and Mr. Grote will meet on site with the landscaper to make <br /> sure he does not extend the work into the BVW area. There was then considerable <br /> discussion regarding the applicant's request to extend the vista pruning date beyond the <br /> March 1 5th deadline. It was agreed that this would be a problem because it would set a <br /> precedent for future requests. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the vista pruning plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to deny the request to extend the <br /> March 1 h deadline for the vista pruning to (March 23`d.
