Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to authorize Bob to discuss this <br /> request with MACC and get DEP's opinion. <br /> . Assessment of santuit Pond darn. Bob said we had agreed to have Bill Fisher, <br /> Haley & Aldrich, leek at the darn: as they have a lot of expertise Frith darn situations. <br /> Lori took Bill Fisher and Perry Ellis to the site. Bob received a preliminary assessment, <br /> and the situation is serious. He said vire had committed to paying for this initial <br /> assessment from Conservation funds with the understanding (which he mentioned to <br /> our liaison, chuck Green today) that we would be reimbursed by the Torn, since it is <br /> not Conservation land. Bob thinks vire can provide sandbags, but the overall solution <br /> will be costly. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve payment for sandbags at <br /> the Sant it Pond darn by the Conservation Commission. <br /> New Business: <br /> . lone. <br /> Tearing Arena <br /> 7:00 p.m., Bright coves Village Committee, 176 Waterway ay Deserved Area (for filling, <br /> planting and stabilization of the coastal bank).
