One Main Lobby, on March 18, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. on the application <br /> of Joseph Allaire & Deborah Grady to arnend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-2161 to <br /> adjust the relocation of the view corridor & additional removal of vegetation at 23 Ocean <br /> Bluff Drive, Assessor's Map 123, Block 204. <br /> i <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mshe Conservation <br /> Commission, <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mahpe Conservation <br /> Conm*ssion between the hours of :00 and 4;00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Ma hpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Mall not less than forty-emit 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more infornatl'on about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
