r <br /> i <br /> F <br /> Town <br /> af <br /> tn <br /> 16 Great Neck Road Morth <br /> f <br /> Afashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Torn of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concern-ng wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall in <br /> Conference Room one, on March 18, 2004 at 7:55 p.m. on the application of David <br /> Bovamick to restore and stabile an eroding coastal bank at 40 Triton Way, Assessors <br /> Map 1 27,, Bloch 82. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of latent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Concession between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, wHl be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted Mn Ton Hall not less than forty-eight 48 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
