4. Regulations SubCorr mittee. Bob reported that this committee met this creek at Michael's <br /> home and is raking progress. Stephanie 1s reading through the bar-laws to look for <br /> inconsistencies and redundancies, and reorganizing the sequence where needed. Lein 1s <br /> checking the definitions to see if they need changes or updates. Michael is working on litigation <br /> protocol and regulations. <br /> . Approval of minutes for 215104 and 2/19104. <br /> Motion crude, seconded and unanimously caned to approve the above minutes. <br /> New Business: <br /> 1. DEP Mouth of liver Maps. Bob distributed to the members a DEP report on this topic which <br /> was railed to him with the request that he give there his comments. The DEP doesn't mention <br /> the Conservation Commission in the criteria they have established. Bob said we are free under <br /> our by-law to establish more stringent criteria than those of DEP. He said the Rivers Act <br /> regulations are the most complex of the wetlands regulations, and determining the mouth of the <br /> avers is the most complex part of that. It's a subject we may have to have the Regulations <br /> Subcommittee work on. <br /> Hearing A end , <br /> 7:00 p.m., Thomas Duncan, 33 Shoestring Bay Road (continued from 2119/04). John O'Dea, <br /> Sullivan Engineering, represented the applicant. He stated that he is awaiting a response from <br /> the Shellfish Commission and requested a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April I st at <br /> 7:55 p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:05 .ren., Babette E. Liebman, 86 Summersea Road (continued from 2/19/04). <br /> Michael Grotke represented the applicant and requested a continuation. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April 1 at <br /> 8:00 P.M. <br /> 7:10 .m., Charles hark, 14 Wheeler Road (reconstruct and maintain landing and replace <br /> boardwalk). Dave Sanicki represented the applicant and presented the plan. <br /> Motion crude, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:15 p.m., Michael Price, 152 Popponesset Island Road (construct pier, ramp and float m4th <br /> I« . <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously caned to grant a continuance to April 1s'at 7:30 <br /> P.M. <br /> 7:20 p.m., Toward Glaser, 397 Great Oak Road (construct single-family home, Title V, <br /> driveway, utilities and view corridor). <br /> 2 <br />
