Clave Sanicki <br /> represented the applicant and presented the plan. Dave Sanicki represented the applicant and presented the plan. Bob said he would like <br /> to meet with Mr. Sanicki at the site to fine tune the bank and salt marsh delineations. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April 1 81 at 8:'I o <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:40 p.m., Keyspan Energy Delivery, 452 Nathan Ellis Highway, Route 151 (connect gas <br /> service). Coastal Engineering represented the applicant and presented the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan pending written <br /> confirmation that the takes have been paid. <br /> 7:45 ;ren., David Bovarnrck, 40 Triton Way (restore and stabilize eroding coastal bank). Cad <br /> Johnson represented the applicant and presented the pian. It incorporates an integrated <br /> system of ge synthetics which is designed to blend in with the natural environment with the aim <br /> of trying to halt a scarp development so it doesn't tura into a gully and ravine. No heavy <br /> machinery will be needed —everything will be brought in by wheel barrels and the work done by <br /> hand. Bob said he thinks the plan is well thought out, but there is a continuation of a violation at <br /> the top of the bank, so he doesn't feel comfortable issuing an order of conditions until we have a <br /> plan for integrating some plantings there. Bob and Michael will meet at the site to specify the <br /> plantings. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to April 1 at :1 <br /> p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 8:00 p.m., Joseph Allaire and Deborah Grady, 28 Ocean Bluff Drive (adjust relocation of view <br /> corridor and remove vegetation.). Michael trot ke represented the applicant and described the <br /> plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan, pending receipt of. n <br /> acceptable planting plan. <br />
