7:05 p.m., James Crocker Jr., Trustee, 14 Sampson's Mill Road (continued from 8119/04). <br /> Scott Horsley represented the applicant and described the project. Steve had given to the <br /> members his memo re Recommendations Regarding Bio-Retention System and a memo <br /> entitled "Summary of Proposed Bioretention Project—Sar ps ns Mill Road Office Building, <br /> dated 16 September 2004. He said he thinks this is a good opportunity to tri out this system for <br /> its potential in future commercial projects. Bob recommended a continuance to give the <br /> members time to study the material presented. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 7 at 7:50 <br /> P.m. <br /> :10 p.m., Lois Glazer, 98 Waterline give South (addition to front of house). Ms. Glazer was <br /> present. Bob described the project and recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carved to approve the plan. <br /> 7:15 p.m., bark and susana G r Lein, 127 Tide Run (install 6 ft; good fence, trim vegetation). <br /> Michael Gr t ke represented the applicant and described the plan. Bob recommended <br /> approval contingent'on vegetation being done in two areas, to which Mr. Grotzka agreed. <br /> 5 <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carred to approve the plan. <br /> 7:20 p.m., Town of Mashpee DPMI, Seconsett Island Road, (resurface Seconsett Island <br /> Road). Greg Taylor, Director of Public Works described the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:25 p.m., Town of I lashpee DPW, Algonquin Avenue (reconstruction and drainage). Greg <br /> Taylor, Director of Public Works, represented the applicant and described the plan. <br /> Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7:30 p.m., Willowbend Development corp. LLC, 87 Shoestring Bay Rod (continued from <br /> 9/2104). <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 7t' at 7:45 <br /> P.M. <br /> 7:35 p.m., Arthur Pa ani sarakur it corp), 108 Hollow Toad and 149 Noisy Hole Road <br /> (continued from 912/04). Robert Gray represented the applicant and described the plan. He said there is a ditch <br /> on the property and given the right rainfall event, there would be a water flow through there. He <br /> doesn't think It's an intermittent stream, but if the Commission decides that it is, they will plan <br /> accordingly. Bob said he and Steve walked the site, the channel was dry and there is no <br /> wetland growth in it, but he has observed a flow at least on one occasion. Bob mentioned <br /> another wetland that has a discernable channel in it. He said we could grant a continuance if <br /> 2 <br />
