Ther embers received a 4 <br /> petition signed by ten neighboring residents stating that they were told 15 to 17 years ago that <br /> this land was Conservation land and was not buildable rand. <br /> Lotion made, seconded and unanimously carried to grant a continuance to October 21 at 7:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> 7:45 p.m., Alan Meltzer, 51 Sunset Circle (continued from 912/04 . John Slavinsl y represented <br /> the applicant and presented the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> 7: 0 p.m., Fran Feavy, 42 Cayuga Avenue (vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> George Ryan represented the-applicant and described the plan. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously caned to approve the plan. <br /> 7:55 p.m., Daniel Collins, 59 Buccaneer Way (crista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity). <br /> No one was present to represent the applicant} but Bob described the plan and recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:08 p.m. . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Frances Wise, Burd Secretary <br /> 3 <br />
