Approval of minutes for 11/04/04 and 11 18/04. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the above minutes. <br /> 2. Trout Pond Darn. Bob distributed to the members a Notice of Inspection from the oiee o <br /> Dam Safety, Department of Conservation and Recreation, and their recommendations for <br /> remedying the poor and failing status of this dam. <br /> 3. FY2006 Budget for Conservation Department. Bob distn uted this to the members. <br /> 4. Mike said he and Steve have been looking into research being done regarding coastal shrub <br /> Land which includes the shrubs that are in secondary dunes, coastal bank, coastal wetlands and <br /> in o birds. This research shows that birds that eat insects aurin the m er W eat <br /> � g � g <br /> fruits and berries m the fad. We aright want to include this information in our regulations. <br /> Hearina Agenda <br /> :00—7:10 p.m.,Babette L. Liebman, 86 Sura ersea.Road(continued from 11/18104, <br /> a.dv . Mchael Grotzke, Donald Schall and Sarah Turano-Flores-represented the <br /> applicant. 11r. Jrotzke described the new mitigation planting plan and said that the foundation <br /> has been made substantially narrower. Bob cited a few areas which should have additional <br /> plantings to avoid erosion and he requested more diversification in other areas. <br />
