Sarah <br /> Turano-Flores represented the applicant and requested a continuations <br /> Motion made, seconded and tanimously carried to grant a continuance to January 201h at <br /> 00,p.m., at the request of the applicant. <br /> 7:25 p.m., Dennis Roache, 138 whippoorwill Circle (construct four-season room, deck Title v <br /> septic upgrade). Dave Sanicki represented the applicant and described the pba <br /> Motion mach, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan, with the stipulation that if <br /> the mitigation planting is not done by May 15, 2005, an enforcement order will be issued. <br /> 7:30 p.m., Kenneth Litvac , I 1 Taffrail way(continued from 1212/04).
