MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of October 20, 2005 <br /> Public Hearings <br /> Masbpee Town Hall Meeting Rom 3 <br /> Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, Len Pinard, Clerk, Cass Costa, Jeffrey <br /> Cross, and Ralph Shaw. <br /> Staff resent; Steven Slb , Agent, and Frances Wise, Board Secretary. <br /> Jack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55.p.m. <br /> Public Comment: Patrick Kenney, an Eagle Scout, presented his Eagle Project for the <br /> Washburn Pond area. This is to 1 repair the sluiceway so the pond, now almost dry, will fill up, <br /> 2 groom a specific area, and build a 2-3 person bench for viewing a pnmary spot. Steve will <br /> discuss this with Steve Hurley. Patrick is pl 'n ng to clean exp the brush in the fall, build the <br /> bench in the winter,, and work on the sluiceway in the spring. <br /> Non-Hearing Agenda <br /> Old Business: <br /> 1. RFAA SE 43-2365. Jemm Real Estate, 55 Sunset Circle.
