Mr. Myers said he also was very discouraged on this issue, and it was decided that they <br /> would discuss it further after he had seen Mrs. Mason s letter. <br /> Jack reviewed that Bob was going to represent the Conservation Commission at least at one <br /> meeting while he was still an employee, but after Bob was no longer an employee he would n <br /> longer he able to he a representative. John Miller then volunteered to be an ad hoc <br /> i <br /> representative. <br /> It was agreed that Jack will write a memo to Joyce Mason stating that we have appointed John <br /> Miller as our representative on this Blue.gibbon committee. Mr. Merlino gra <br /> present. Steve described the project and recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this AOC. <br /> 7:10 p.m., Barbara N tarius, 9 Horseshoe Bernd Way (vista pruning with I .
