However, a said that we have never approved a vista pruning through fresh water wetland. Bob had told him that in one case the number was the 10 percent rule about cutting <br /> vegetation in a vegetated wetland, which is a lot less that what we allow. Steve also mentioned <br /> that since it's a mapped area for endangered species, the applicant should probably file an NOT <br /> for the pruning permit. Mike Ball said they would submit this request to Natural Heritage. The <br /> applicant VAIl wait until the ftaming.of the house is done before asking Steve to look at the vista. <br /> pruning. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this AOC for the path, but not for <br /> the vista pruning. <br /> 7:15 p.m., Brian Kanter, 36 and 40 Great liver Road (pier, ramp, float, stairs, brick wall, <br /> landscaping). Chris Costa represented the applicant. Based on Ferry llis's approval of the float <br /> and incorporating Rick York's request for more access under the float for shellfish, Steve <br /> reconnnended approval of the-project. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the plan' pending receipt of <br /> revised plan shoving the size of the float reduced from 8x25 f . to 6x24 ft. - <br /> 7:20 p.m., Gerry Graves, 318 and 322 Redbrook Road (continued from 10/6/05). John <br /> Slavinsky represented the applicant and presented a new plan. The.solution was to build the <br /> house on stilts with.cantilevers. Steve recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this NOL <br /> 7;25 p.m., Ethel McSweeney, 107 .dames Circle (continued from 10/6/05). Dave Sanic i <br /> represented the applicant. Steve said the new plan meets the 50 f . buffer requirement. Upon <br /> Cass's inquirer, it carne to light that a denitrification system will be required.because there will be <br /> four bedrooms. <br /> Motion n made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve this NOI pending receipt of a <br /> revised plan showing the denitrification system. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:03 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Frances wise, Board Secretary <br /> i - <br />
