Ab <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> ���,�� �r OAC• <br /> • 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> �ULU "` 508-5. 9-1400 x540 <br /> i <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> June 8. 2006, at :10 p.m. on the application of Francis Reavey to construct, license, and <br /> maintain in perpetuity a seasonal dock at 42 Cayuga Avenue, Assessors Map 65, Block 4. � <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission: <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Conmfission betwee the-hours of 8:00and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tunes. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the. wetlands Protection ,pct.
