Town as hpee <br /> • dP 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> i F Mash ,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> -539-1400 x540 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1721, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> June 8, 20061, at :20 p.m. on the application of Robert Pace to demolish and rebu d a <br /> new single family home with associated appurtenances at 26 Little Neck Lane, Assessors <br /> Map 105, Block 9. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation, <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsirnmons <br /> Charman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmenal Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
