Greg <br /> started off by discussing the basic premise of the project to the eommission, simply <br /> statim that this project basically falls within the"right of way" layout and that they are <br /> lengthening the current bile path from Godfrey ltd. down to the Children's Museum. All <br /> commissioners thought it was a great 'idea. Greg went on to explain that the project carne <br /> within 100' feet of resource area's in a couple-locations. The lengthening would end up <br /> being close to 3500 . Steve then said that the project vas borderline exempt from the <br /> Act, due to the fact that the project basically fell within the road layout, therefore could <br /> be considered part ofinfta tr eture of the,t w , thus ming it a limited project.
