After consulting the plan, Steve agreed <br /> with that statement and wondered about the shed that was mentioned in the RDA. -After a <br /> bit of confusion it was settled to allow Mr. Bagg to demo his shed, and reconstruct the <br /> shed in the sa.rne exact footprint. Mike explained how <br /> the septic went from functioning and working during the past application for the <br /> Rousou's to failure. Lloyd Allen and Jeff Cross raised questions about how a septic <br /> system can be replaced in the same area as a f"ed area. Mke Borselli eased the <br /> concerns of,teff and Lloyd, and the rest of the commissioners. Steve recommended <br /> closing and issuing an amended order of conditions. Ike explained the <br /> project to the commissioners as a pier, ramp and float extending into Little River, also <br /> explained that the float will be 150 sq. ff. meeting the commissions standards on docks. <br /> Steve then told the applicant's representative that the size of the boat at the dock would <br /> be ordered to be of erta specs. S'te a recommended closing and is ping an order of conditions. <br /> Bob valleta, an abutter to the project had concerns about hove the project was advertised <br /> as a"Piers' rather than a"Pier, Ramp and Float." A discussion about requirements of <br /> abutter's notices ensued between the commissioners and the agent. Mke Borselli said <br /> that he would re-notify all abutters on the project with more clarity and accept a <br /> continuance to April 19, 2007, @ 7:2 1. <br /> Continued to April 19, 2007, @ 7:21 PM so abutters could be re-notified of project <br /> description. <br /> 7:15 PM—Burton Sack, 37 Shoestring Bay Road, (provide access to the pier and <br /> dock directly from his home via a proposed landward extension of the pier) AOC <br /> Julie Conroy of the Horsley-Witten group, representing the applicant. Julie passed out <br /> pictures to all of the commissioners to show them the site from various locations and <br /> showing stakes to portray where the extension was going. Julie thea went on to explain <br /> the project with plans pictures.
