The project calls for the construction of a ' X ' wooden platform for entering and <br /> exiting a boat.. The proposed area for the platform is a barren stretch of bank bordering the canal <br /> separating Pond Circle and Sunset Circle off;John's Pond. Jeff Cross asked if the platform was t <br /> be anchored into the ground and Mr. Donnellan said no, it would be seasonal. The agent <br /> recommended a negative deter ration. <br /> i Motion made, seconded and ously carried for a negative determination <br /> 7:21 p.m. Nancy&Richard Cool,401 Monomoscoy Rd (NOI continued from.4/5/07). <br />' Falmouth Engineering sent in a letter to the commission requesting a continuance. Rick York <br /> (Shellfish Constable)had issues with the size of the float attached to the dock pier. In a later <br /> read to the c mmission from Mr. York,he explained how the proposed float size would make <br /> shell fishing difficult, if not impossible that area. Falmouth Engineering revised the plans to <br /> address Mr. York's concerns;however,the plans were not submitted days prior to this hearing, <br /> hence the need for a continuance. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously cared to approve a continuance to 513107 @ 7:18 <br /> p.m. <br /> 7:24 p.m.Baypoint LLC,Great oak Road(A0Q. Gardens by Rebwea represented the client <br /> and described the project involving requested changes to the landscape plan including <br /> construction of stonewalls at the entrance to the condos and additional plantings.
