i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Hearing Agenda: <br /> i <br /> 7:00 p.m. Peter Moran, 76 Triton Way and o Beach Triton Way (NOI): e- <br /> coustruct existing revetment and coastal bAnk reegetation <br /> Tara Marden from Woods Dole Group'represented the cent and described the project- <br /> Tara described the construction methodology and amass ways to the project. A pathway <br /> ill be constricted along the existing revetment wall to access the lower portion of the <br /> revetment. A temporary rock road will be constructed at the bottom of the revetment <br /> all. The access way wUI be dismantled, as the wall is reconstructed. Additionally, <br /> plantings wiR be made to fortify the eroding sections of coastal bank. <br /> Jack Fitzsimons requested that Tara address each one of the concems brought up by <br /> Marine Fisheries in regards to this project. Tara addressed each of the concerns and <br /> reiterated that NES concerns had been addressed in other Wings along Triton Sound for <br /> sirnilar pro f ect s. The went concurred. No fueling of equipment will take place on-or <br /> near the water. Temporary impacts to marine lie existing at the toe of the wall may be <br /> encountered and they will be Unr nUed using best available measures. Tara presented a <br /> letter from Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Prograin stating that the area o <br /> work is not located-in the pority habitat neap, hence Natural Heritage has no concerns <br /> over the project. The agent informed the commission that this work needs to get clone + <br /> because the current revetment wall is eroding underneath and will eventually collapse. <br /> The agent recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unam'mously carried to close and issue. <br /> 7:03 p.m. Charlotte Florence, 78 Triton Way(NOI).9 (Reconstruct the reviftment <br /> wall and r• a tation of coastal bare). <br /> Tara Marden from the Woods Hole Group represented the client and described the <br /> project. She informed the comnussion that this project is directly tied into the loran <br /> project for repair of existing revetmentwall(s). The properties are next to each other and <br /> the revetment waU stretches across-both properties. Tara described the construction <br /> methodology, and the went recommended approval. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to chose and issue <br /> 2 <br />
