Presently <br /> the retaining' wall in lace does not match the grade of the coastal bark that has been <br /> p <br /> disturbed as a result of house construction. The wall is to be raised by 1 foot in <br /> height, then backfilled and planted with bearberry for erosion protection. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve administrative request <br /> . Approve Minutes from 7/12/07 <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the minutes from <br /> 7/12/07 <br /> Hearing Agenda: <br /> 7:00 p.m. Marie vilta, 18 Little Neck Lane(Install Title v Septic System-RDA) <br /> John Doyle contractor represented the applicant and described the project. The agent <br /> conditioned that siltfence and hay bales be used because of the location of the project t <br /> the nearby resource areas (coastal bank on both sides of house). The contractor meed to <br /> put hay bales and silt fence in place. The went recommended approval. <br /> Motion Ornade seconded and unardmously carried for a negative determination � <br /> 7:03 p.m. Blanche Pozerski, 83 VVW p r iU Circle(permit existing plea-ATF N01) <br /> Rob Braman(Braman Engineering)represented the applicant and described the proposal. <br /> Cass Costa recused herself from the hearing, W. Braman described the history of the <br /> project to thecommission'. The existing pier was denied perniitting by the Town of <br /> Mashpee back in the-early Bos; however the pier was issued a superseding order of <br /> conditions from the DEQ. The applicant is now seeking permitting of the e3dsting pier <br /> through the town of Mashpee, however, information on file with DEP and 1lrl shpee did <br /> not match what is existing in terns of pro)dm <br />
