He described that this filing had <br /> been previously approved but that the applicant wished to make a fere changes to the original plans. The <br /> revisions are minor: removing a concrete patio and replacing it with pavers, realignment of the driveway, <br /> installation of drywells and an increase in landscaping. The Agent stated that the revisions are indeed <br /> minor and that he is discussing with the applicant and Mary LeBlanc(Applicant's representative also <br /> present) a better system for storm water management as an alternative to some of the drywells. Mary <br /> LeBlanc did state that she would like to read further the documentation the Agent provided and would be <br /> willing to look into alternatives. The representatives did not want the der ell issue to hold up approval of <br /> this portion and with the Commission agreed to decide on how the drywell changes will be Dandled when <br /> it gets to that point in the project. The Agent recommended approval and.stated that he will be following <br /> the project'.s progress. <br /> Motion made,seconded and unanimously carried to approve the Amended order of conditions as <br /> proposed. <br /> 7:09 p.m. Fred Naddaff, RDA—135 Shore Drive <br /> (Add a 180 square foot section to existing deck) <br /> Michael Aupperlee of Aupperlee Renovations Inc stood to represent the applicant. lir. Aupperlee <br /> described the applicant's wish to add onto their existing back deck. The project will consist of extending <br /> the deck mainly sideways and out only as far as an existing set of steps: Mr. Aupperlee did submit <br /> pictures of the area to the Commission for review. He described that at <br /> the last hearing it was requested that he provide a construction methodology/project narrative as well as <br /> landscape plan. He did provide both of those items to the Agent as well as copies to the Commission. <br /> The Agent and Commission did ask for one change on the landscape, they requested that the Virginia <br /> Creeper be omitted. Mr. Slavinsky did agree to that change and crossed it out on the plans and initialed <br /> next to it.
