The Conservation Agent commented that the <br /> DEP had no issues but it does require Chapter 91 review. while conducting the site review, the Agent <br /> noted that plants from a previous mitigation plan are dying or dead. The Agent reminded the applicant <br /> the necessity of ensuring a 90% survival rate of mitigation plantings,plantings will reel to be replaced. <br /> The Commission wants to ensure that the wall is held down. Mr. Slavinsky stated that the wall does not <br /> have any toe stones, causing it to sink, so gravel will be added along with the vertical sea loch. Mr. Cross <br /> asked if heavy chains could be used in the rock to which Mr. Slavinsky stated they could try that. Mr. <br /> Allen added that bar and chain would be useful in bolding the wall back. The project consists of land that is subject to coastal <br /> storm floorage with a cess pool that needs to be replaced as well as construct a garage on the property. <br /> The Agent recommended approval with the condition that a narrative be submitted. Mr. Allen voiced <br /> concern regarding the location of Title V near the waterway to which Ir. Slavinsky stated that the system <br /> is an improvement to the cess pool currently at the location. The Board of Health is reviewing the <br /> application as well. <br /> The Commission discussed the necessity of including required narratives with applications, as stated in <br /> the -Laws.
