There'are a <br /> series of columns that do not meet the building code so the plan is to excavate and install new <br /> footings. The excavation will be done by hand. The owners would also like to reconstruct the f rout <br /> entryray to the house to make it more formal and close in a portion of the open rear deck into a <br /> screened in porch. All improvements are within the existing footprint.
