Conservation Development len (Stairway) 8110112 Wet Tech Land Design/Plan or <br /> Existing conditions 8116112 BSS Design <br /> (2.21] Wayne Tavares from Wet Tech Land Design is the representative and explains that the site is an <br /> extremely steep slope and they would like to construct an elevated walkway to provide access to the <br /> pond. Chairman Fitzsimmons states than the plans have a note saying the stairs will attach to a door but <br /> there is no dock on shown on the pians. Mr. Tavares states that they do have a floating dock that was <br /> approved by the Harbormaster but this project is intended to stay on the upland, non-water dependent <br /> portion of the pond. There will be no dock. Mr. Gurnee asks how they intend to get all the concrete <br /> down the bill and Mr. Tavares says that they will do as little damage as possible; it will be dug by hand <br /> and the concrete will be moved down the hill in troughs.
