The agent pointed out that the <br /> Commission has the option to call for a planting equal to the square footage of disturbance. The <br /> portion of the proposed project within flood zone A is minimal. The agent recommended mitigation <br /> plantings to be placed on the Little Fiver side of the property In areas of observed eroding coastal <br /> bank.
