Mr. Pinzino also would like to do some pruning on the side of the house to lessen any potential damage the house along with a tree on the other side where the top had snapped off. There is a large oak in the front that overhangs the house and walkway that could damage vehicles in the driveway with fallen branches. He explain the pitch pine in the rear of the property along a stone wall and the roots of the tree are damaging the wall. They would like to remove the tree and plant sic shrubs along with repairing the stone wall. Agent McManus states that it is straight forward with very minimal disturbance to any resource area. The Agent also mentions that it is apparent that someone has "topped' the oak trees and it is noted.that the trees should not be cut as the beach is the property of the Commonwealth nor was any request made to the local concom for the topping of the two oak trees. lir. Sweet recommends having a couple of the other pines in the vicinity examined for illness as well and Agent McManus states that he will tale a look at them. Mr. Allem would like to suggest replacing the pine with another tr ,,possibly another oak tree. Motion mace, seconded and unanimously carried for a Negative active Determination r i i 7:15 Mashpee health Care N01 (161 Falmouth load) Replace a Falling septic system with 6000 Gallon Pump Chamber/Pump station Applicable Resource Areax Buffer to Inland Bank armored and Buffer to B VW Lori McDonald from Banter Nye Engineering is representing Mashpee Health Care and explains that they would like to rplace an existing failed Title V septic system with a new sewer pump station and forced main which will connect 161 Falmouth Road through 133 Falmouth Road up Doisy Hole Road to anew treatmer,�ti acility-located at Cotuit Meadows. Silt fencing will be installed adjacent to the wetland resource,area and trees and shrubs will be cleared within the silt fence area. A new 6000 gallon pump facility will be installed in the back of 161 Falmouth Road and will connect into the isting 18000- alI ,septic tank to the pump chamber which will pump to the forced main.
