At the last hearing, the Health Inspector had a comment regarding the-plumbing and if it <br /> could be rerouted to the front yard. Mr. Meyers says it is not feasible to reroute it. He has received <br /> a letter from BOH approving the plan. Agent McManus confirms that the letter is from the Board of <br /> Health requesting a variance and had approved plans with conditions. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a Negative Determination <br /> 1 <br />
