The final step is to promulgate the regulation. <br /> 3) Americorps individual placement update — September 21 is the orientation for the Americorp <br /> volunteer in vilest Barnstable 1f anyone is interested in attending. It will be ar "meet &greet". The <br /> Agent has prepared a package containing information from the Lard Stewards Program and track <br /> sticks. <br /> 4) Dates for net subcommittee meet in s -T Agent McManus will send an email with optional darter t <br /> choose from. <br /> HEARINGS <br /> 7:00 Robert & Rosemary Holland Stratford Ponds Road) Remove two large pine trees that are <br /> hazardous to the home - ICDA <br /> Resource Area Buffer Zone tdinland Bank (Leading to Kettle Pond) <br /> Material submitted. GIS Map 8130111 Owner <br /> Robert Holland explains that there are two trees adjacent to his house that could be a hazard to the <br /> dwelling if they were to fall. The trees are overhanging the reef and the pine needles continually <br /> clog the down spouts. Agent McManus states that there is no impact to the bank or water quality. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a Negative ati Determination <br /> 7:03 Peter Banter Stratford Ponds Road) Remove three large trees that are hazardous to the <br /> home - FDA <br /> Resource Area. Buffer Zone to Inland 113ank-(Leading to Kettle Pond) <br /> Material submitted. GIS Map 8130111 Owner <br /> Mrs. Baxter explains that the trees are very close to the Borne and because of the root systems; <br /> they have had grater penetration at the foundation. The pure needles constantly clog the gutters. <br /> Mrs. Banter plans to plant some small ornamentals. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried for a legative Determination <br />
