Photos were seat to the Agent that shows the old retaining wall was leaning forward and needed immediate replacement. The existing stairway has been resurfaced. Agent McManus states that all work was entirely within hard cap /landscape area and had no issues with performance standards. The Board complies with a roll call in which all unanimously agree. Agnt McManus explains that Steve Cook ars submitted his application and is very familiar with the Board and will be a benefit to the Commission.
