This property <br /> at 36 Sonett is a previously developed site and is occupied by a single family resident. Theplan <br /> is to instead-of tearing-down the.structure at 38 Se on ett Road, Mr. and Mrs Ferris would like to <br /> rove it intact and join it to the existing home at 36 Seoon ett Point attached by a breezeway. The <br /> project is entirely in areas that are-previously disturbed and there will be no clearing of any <br /> vegetation. It may be moved by a crane or possibly raised on timbers and slid into position. The <br /> deck will also be relocated to the area shown on the plan but it does encroach slightly beyond the <br /> ' buffer. The deck is needed in that position because the existing structure has aslider-and the <br /> owners could like to maintain it there. The relocating and connection of the structure will result in <br /> an increase of two bedrooms so a new septic system will be required. It will be installed in the <br /> northern most corner of the property which is as far back from the wetlands as possible. Agent <br /> McManus questions therexisting trees and wonders if any have to be removed. Mr. Vaccaro <br /> believes that possibly one tree might have to be removed. Mr. Vaccaro also mentions that the <br /> required rnitiation is very small; possibly 100 squ. ft. The argent starter that they can work on ar <br /> location for that small amount of plantings. He requests Mr. Vaccaro to submit a brief narrative for <br /> the mitigation and to also consult him about the possibility of any removal of trees. Agent McManus <br /> reads the Board of Health comments for the record which state that the plan is under review.
