Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, December 19, 2017 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoiit Meeting Room <br /> Committee Members Present: Joseph Cummings, Jonathan Furbush, Michael <br /> Mendoza, and Miles Peters. <br /> Absent: Joshua Spencer. <br /> Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> While awaiting arrival of Applicants, the Committee proceeded with the review for <br /> approval of the November 216t minutes. <br /> Jonathan Furbush stated that the Mashpee Village sign motion should be <br /> amended to include that the street number was to be put on the new sign. <br /> MOTION: Jonathan Furbush motioned to accept with amendment the Minutes of <br /> the Design Review Meeting of November 21, 2017. Joseph Cummings <br /> seconded the motion; and the motion was passed unanimously by Design <br /> Review. <br /> Project Address: 13 Lake Ave. <br /> Business Name: Naukabout Beer Company <br /> OwnedAgent: Peter Meuner <br /> Representative: Peter Meuner <br /> Request: To update their site plan to adjust retaining walls, <br /> grading and outdoor space. (Planning Board SP) <br /> Peter Meuner appeared. Mike Mendoza stated the Committee has 2 sets of Site <br /> Plans—one approved and one with proposed changes. <br /> Peter Meuner explained that the area around the building is slightly different. He <br /> said they are retaining and repairing the existing railroad tie wall and extending <br /> the area around the building. He said above where Plot meets into a triangle <br /> there will be an additional area on top where folks can go for a view of the lake. <br /> Essentially, they are taking less space from that area and redirecting the flat area <br /> to be up on top of that area above the building. <br /> Mike Mendoza asked if they were looking to put chairs or tables in the fenced-in <br /> area. Peter Meuner responded that would depend on the weather. Mike advised <br /> then at the Plan Review meeting that should be addressed, as well as trash <br /> disposal. <br />
