Naukabout Beer Company (continued)
Peter Meuner said crushed shell would be in the area around the building and
wood chips, grass, or some sort of stone would be in the flat area.
.Mike noted that the food truck has changed direction. Peter said "yes"
orientation just shifted. Jonathan Furbush asked where the gate is located for
the food truck to get in through the fence. Peter Meuner pointed to the Pian to
show the general area where the gate is to be. He said the food truck area will
be all crushed shells, not paved.
Miles Peters asked if they were proposing any plantings where they are digging
up the area. Peter Meuner replied that all areas not flat will have natural ground
coverings such as roots and sod.
Mike inquired about the fence. Peter Meuner explained it is part of the liquor
license that the area must be contained. He said it will be a natural, 2-split-level
fence.
Peter Meuner said signage has been approved.
Miles asked if the grading area was going to be retained. Peter Meuner
responded "no retainage". He said that was the whole goal...not to put up any
retaining walls but rather to push the area of the building around. He said baby's
breath is being left there...only a little digging being done.
Peter Meuner said this site is outside the Conservation area.
Conclusion
MOTION: Jonathan Furbush motioned to approve the Naukabout Beer
Company request to update their Site Plan to adjust retaining walls, grading and
outdoor space and it is a Planning Board Special Permit.
