-4 <br /> Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> June 2 , 2003 <br /> Armine Sabatini: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174- A)(8) of the Zoning <br /> By-laws in order to build an accessory structure in-lave apartment) on property located in <br /> an R-5 zoning district at 6 Felly Road (Map 78 Parcel Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Marshall Brenn, Z lla Elizenberry and Richard Guerrera. <br /> Aramine and Richard Sabatini are the petitioners. They are seeping a Special Permit in <br /> order to build an accessory structure on their property. They have net the Board of <br /> Health requirements, however, they did not bring in the required floor plans/house plans <br /> for the Board to see. The Board grants the Special Permit conditioned upon Mr. Sabatini <br /> bringing in a set of floor plans and submitting them to the office. The Board moves to <br /> grant the Special Permit. All agree. So moved. <br /> Paul ar dan : Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary <br /> the setback requirements and lot coverage requirements in order to build a 28' x 40' <br /> house on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 23 Pine Avenue Map 123 Parcel <br /> 2.4 Mashpee, IA. <br /> AND <br /> Paul gran : Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 f the Zoning By-laves <br /> to demolish the existing dwelling in order to build a 2 ' x 40' house on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 23 Pine Avenue Map 123 Parcel 24 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward Govoni, Zella Elizenberry and Robert Felson. <br /> John Sla in l y of Cape and Islands Engineering represents the petitioner. Mr. Paul <br /> arda.no is also present. They are seeping a special permit to demolish the existing <br /> dwelling and rebuild a new house that will need relief from the current lot coverage <br /> requirements and sideyard setback requirements. There are 6 letters from direct abutters <br /> all in support of Mr. ardano's proposal. There will be a neer septic system installed and <br /> the new house is equal in size to the other neighboring houses. The Board moves to grant <br /> the Special Permit and the following variances: All agree.
