The Board asks for floor plans of the accessory structure she is proposing. <br /> Ms. Eldredge does not have the necessary papers. She asks for a continuance until Jul <br /> 93 2003 so that she can obtain what she needs for the Board. The Board moves to <br /> continue the natter until July 9, 2003. All agree. So moved. <br /> Southport Adult Communi : <br /> Edward Govoni, Zella Eli enb rry and Richard Guerrera all step down from this <br /> discussion. <br /> Ikon Bonvie represents the Southport Adult Community and has asked for an informal <br /> discussion with the Board regarding some changes he is proposing to the original plan. <br /> Mr. Bonvie informs the Board of his proposed changes. They include the following., <br /> Adding a Bay window <br /> Putting in a 1-foot J og <br /> Changing the location of some of the units <br /> Changing the size of some of the units, however, not altering the total number of units <br /> referred to in the original plan. <br /> Marketing Parking plan (plans submitted with Mr. onvie's signature) <br /> Changing some of the landscaping (with Design Review Approval) <br /> Building Inspector Russell wheeler, has requested a letter-from the ZA stating that <br /> the Board of Appeals feels these proposed changes are minor and do not rewire a <br /> major change to the original Special Permit. once the letter is received, the Building <br /> Inspector will issue the Building Permits. Letter dated June 30, 2003 attached). <br /> Mr. Bonvie submitted new plans (which he signed) for reference shovn'ng the proposed <br /> changes. The Board shall refer to these plans from RIM Engineering Co., Inc. of <br /> Mansfield, MA, dated May 29, 2003, for parking changes, and a floor layout of the new <br /> unit with the bay window mentioned above, and a site plan signed by Mr. Bonvie on June <br /> 25, 2003, plan slated December, 2002, shoving re-configuring of some of-the proposed <br /> units. Due to the fact that the changes proposed are under 100 square feet and closer to <br /> o square feet, hese are deemed minor changes to the Board at this point. <br /> The Board feels these are minor changes to the original Special Permit. All agree. <br /> The Board moves to accept the minutes from June 11, 2003 with discussed changes. All <br /> agree. So moved. <br />
