Mr. Maffei informs the Board that he works s with a hazardous <br /> waste hauler who documents all such materials and its removal and would be happy to <br /> supply the Board with said documentation. Mr.Nelson asps the applicant what types of <br /> materials the building will be built with. Mfr. Maffei tells him veneers and brick and <br /> refers to morgan buildings. The Board discusses signage issues and the applicant says h <br /> will be back when that portion of the project is completed. Mr. wheeler would lite to <br /> have the Design review Committee's recommendations and approvals written into the <br /> decision. Mr. wheeler offers to work with applicant on the bond issues since this is a <br /> landscaping business. The Board agrees to defer the bond requirement to Mr. wheeler. <br /> There are no comments from the audience. Mr. Nelson moves to grant the Special Permit <br /> r <br /> to applicant. Zella Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. Elizenberry asked Mr. Sabatini if it will be owner occupied <br /> and he said that it would be. Mr. Brem moved to grant the Special Permit. FIs. <br /> !Elizenberry seconded the notion. All agree.
