The Board would like this looked into further and consider this <br /> value on the lot to be problematic. The Board agreed to look into the matter. Mr. Dupuy <br /> requests a continuance until September 24, 2003. The Board is in agreement. So moved. <br /> Mara E. He has an existing shed that will <br /> require a variance, which he did not realize. The shed is currently 5 feet off the lot. Mr. <br /> Nelson notes that the distance is not determined on the plot plans and needs to be done. <br /> The Board discusses the variance and decides to grant the 1 -foot variance pending Cape <br /> and Islands re-draw of the distance on the plans.
