MacDonald- Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws to demolish the existing house and rebuild it on property located in an -- <br /> zoning district at 107 Shore Drive (Map 117 Parcel Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: <br /> Peter and Dianne Capodilupo of west Roxbury, IIIA. <br /> Sitting: James Regan,an, Richard Guerrera and Robert Nelson. <br /> Carl MacDonald represents his clients the Capodilupo's for this hearing. They are <br /> seeking to demolish a pre-existing non confonning structure and rebuild a house using <br /> the same footprint. Mr. MacDonald explains what his clients would like to do to the <br /> Board. The Board discusses the pre-existing condition and the requested variances. Bob <br /> Nelson moves to grant both the variances and the Special Permit. Richard Gucrrera <br /> seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. The Variances are as follows: <br /> .7 feet on the sideline between lots 2,and <br /> .7 feet on the Shore Drive sideline. <br /> .6 foot on the Nick Trail sideline. <br /> The Special Permit is granted in order to demolish the property. Mr. Regan cites <br /> numbers 1,3 and 4 along with topographical issues. <br /> Timothy Carmichael: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws in order to tear down an existing uninhabitable dwelling on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 55 Amy Brown Road (Map 109 Parcel 2 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Owner of Record: John D. Ball <br /> AND <br /> Timothy Carmichael: Requests a variance under Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> to vary the setback requirements to build a new dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 55 Amy Brown Road (Map 109 Parcel 2 Mashpee, IIIA.
