r <br /> Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes <br /> September 24, 2003 <br /> Mr. Kyros represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a variance in order to build a <br /> 4 ' by 24' detached garage. He is seeking relief from the setback requirements in order <br /> to get this done. The Board reviews his plans and is not happy with the 3 detached <br /> structures on the property. They would like Mr. Kyros to remove the small shed and <br /> move the existing she'd up 2 feet, The Board discussed various options as to what the <br /> best solution would be. Mr .Felson moves to grant the variances. Zella Eli en erry <br /> seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. The following variances were granted along <br /> with certain conditions: <br /> 9.5 feet from the street <br /> - the larger shed must be relocated to a minimum of 5 feet from the property <br /> line <br /> the small shed must be removed entirely <br /> Irwin Sh : Requests is a Special permit under Section 174-25-(1)(9) of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to construct and license a dock, ramp and float on John's pond with <br /> maintenance and perpetuity on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 5 Sunset <br /> Circle Flap 64 Parcel 3 Mashpee, IA. <br /> Sitting: James Degan, Richard Gu rrera, and Robert Nelson <br /> David Sanicki of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the petitioner in this matter. <br /> Mr. Shaw would like approval for a pier, ramp and float. Conservation has approved the <br /> matter. The Board discusses the fact that this is a vacant lot. Mr. Sanicki informs the <br /> Board that he just wants the approval so that he can move forward with the lengthy <br /> licensing procedure. The Board moves to grant the Special Permit with the condition that <br /> the house be under construction before the dock goes in. Mr. Duerr ra moves to grant the <br /> Special Permit. Robert Felson seconds the motion. All agree.
