Marshall Brenn <br /> moves to grant the requested variances. Mr. Nelson seconds the notion. All agree. So <br /> moved. <br /> lot 44 a variance of 12 feet was granted <br /> - lot#3 a variance of 18 feet was granted. <br /> The Board would life petitioner to speak with the Planning Board as well. <br /> Horace C. Sylvester, Jr.: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25(1)(9) of the <br /> ZoningBy-laws in order to construct a pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 2 Great River Road Map 120 Parcel 19 1 Mashpee, IIIA <br /> Sitting: James Regan, Robert Nelson and Richard Guerrera <br /> Mr. Sylvester represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking to build a pier, ramp and <br /> float on Great Diver. He has a 1 OA float than exists and needs to replace the existing <br /> posts etc. Things are shifting and he would life to upgrade it. Conservation has <br /> approved the project. Richard Guerrera moves to grant the Special Permit. Robert <br /> Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br /> Eric ubrno: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174- A of the Zoning By- <br /> laws in order to construct an accessory structure on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 85 Blue Castle Drive lap 104 Parcel 2 Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Eric Lubrano represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking to build an <br /> accessory structure on his own property. He has a new septic system that will <br /> accommodate a 5 bedroom structure. There will be no change in the footprint. It will <br /> remain owner occupied. The Board of Health must have a final inspection upon <br /> occupancy and will now require this to be in the Decision. The Board discusses some of <br /> the esthetics of the house. Zella Elizenberry moves to grant this Special Permit. Robert <br /> Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved <br /> Allan and Carol Taylor: Request a Special Permit from. Section 174-25(A)(8) of the <br /> ZoningBy-laws in order to legalize and existing accessory structure on property located <br /> n an R-3 zoning district at 8 Cutlass Bane Map 90 Parcel Mashpee, A. <br /> Sitting: Jaynes Regan, Zella Elizenberry and Robert Felson. <br /> Allan Taylor and his wife Carol Taylor represent themselves at this hearing. They have <br /> recently purchased 8 Cutlass Lane and would like to maintain an accessory structure <br /> while living there. This was brought before the Board several months ago with different <br /> owners and the new owners have since brought everything up to code. Ir. wheeler <br /> would life to inspect for another set of stairs for an egress. Also, the Board of Health <br /> will require an on site inspection before occupancy. Zella Elizenberry moves to grant the <br /> Special Permit. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />
