r Mashpee Zoning V Board of Appeals Minutes September 24, Zoo OTHER BUSINESS: The Board discusses the Agenda and lack of space for posting it in the main entryway behind the glass. Janie Regan suggests putting a footnote of some kind on the bottom of page one if there is a page two and referencing by name what is on page two so people could be aware if they need to ask the clerk to see the paperwork. The Clerk's office has agreed to provide a full copy of the agenda should someone ask to see pages 2 and 3 if there is more than one page. The Board would also lite to see the agenda go on the television channel. Lori Corsi will look into this. Lori Corsi also informs the Board that Attorney Mark Babro ki has filed a notice of appearance for the L ttie Lane matter. At some point, a meeting will be scheduled depending on what happens in the near future. The Board discusses the memo ftom Toni F'udala regarding the summaty of the meeting the sub-committee had with the Planning Board. The Board discusses a change on paragraph 7 which states relief before August 18, 2003 that people "purchased"to be changed to `entered into a Purchase and sale agreement". Lori Corsi will inform the Planning Board of the requested change. Bob Nelson makes a motion to accept this memo with the Planning Board. Zclla Elizenberry seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. Robert Nelson makes a motion to accept the minutes from September 9, 2003. Marshall Brun seconds the notion. All agree. So moved. Jaynes Regan moves to enter into Executive Session. Zella Eli enb rry and Richard Gucrrcrra leave the meeting due to a conflict of interest with Southport. Marshall Brem votes "I", Robert Nelson votes "T", Janes Regan votes "I". So moved.
